I have dreamed of having a blog to hopefully spare as many people as I can from being taken by a scam.  I also want to create enough discussion that hopefully everyone that participates, including myself, may learn something new on the topics presented and dissect the snake oil salesman’s techniques to find out what is true and what is not.

With that said, I have several axes to grind, but this is simply the most important:  I AM SICK AND TIRED of seeing business owners sold useless Nevada and Delaware corporations.  I have heard so many stories of fraud and deception in this area of business planning that my heart actually hurts.  The even greater travesty, is that after these self professed gurus or lying lawyers sell a corporation to a brand new business owner, organized in the state “most fortune 500 companies” are structured, they add insult to injury and force a C-Corporation on them.  They wreak havoc on their tax situation and cause them so many unnecessary costs it should literally be against the law; and if that wasn’t bad enough, they often times charge excessive fees to ’slap them in the face.’  Just this week I met a new client that paid $15,000 for a Nevada C-Corporation and Limited Partnership and is LITERALLY JUST STARTING HER BUSINESS.  She had ‘no business’ with that sort of structure, and was completely taken advantage of.
